We process contact and proposal requests to take steps at your request before a contract and for our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries. Security logs are processed for legitimate interests in protecting our systems or to meet legal obligations.

Analytics, advertising measurement, remarketing and direct marketing are used only with consent or another valid lawful basis. Optional analytics and marketing tags are not active in the current version.

We use Cloudflare for website infrastructure, performance and security, and GitHub for version control and storage of website source code and operational files. Data may also be shared where necessary with email-delivery or customer-management providers, or competent authorities. We do not sell personal data.

Cloudflare or GitHub may enable access to data from outside the UK. Before an international transfer or access takes place, we assess the applicable UK GDPR, EU GDPR and other transfer requirements and apply necessary contractual or other safeguards. Contact/proposal data is retained for up to 24 months after resolution; security logs for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is legally required.
